LeeAnn McLaughlin
LeeAnn wants to live in a world filled with innovative businesses, books that come packaged with wine and bacon, and coffee cups that are never empty. As a farmer with more than 20 years of experience, she was the fourth generation born and raised on her family’s 500-acre farm where they raise crops and beef cattle. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she majored in animal science. LeeAnn is an alumnus of the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series and has spearheaded grassroots efforts on several local, state, and national campaigns. Prior to joining GLA, she worked as a legislative aide for the Pennsylvania State House and a field operative for Americans for Prosperity.
When she’s not empowering people to create change in their communities and break barriers to opportunity, you can find her riding her American Quarter Horses, Titan and Pepper; throwing a tennis ball for her Australian Shepherd, Valor; or working alongside her husband, Cole, and son, Kaysen, on their Holstein dairy farm. One of LeeAnn’s favorite pastimes is reading and getting reading recommendations. Send her a message to tell her what you’re reading and what she should be reading next!
