Carlos Muhletaler
Carlos Muhletaler joined the Grassroots Leadership Academy team after working as a Senior Field Director for AFP Florida and later becoming a Field Relations Specialist for the Field Technology Group at AFP. Prior to his current role of Deputy Director of Staff Training, he was the Deputy Strategic Director for the Southern Region for GLA. Carlos has been involved in the advocacy for economic freedom and grassroots organizing for more than 25 years where he’s worked for advocacy organizations such as Citizens for a Sound Economy and Florida Stop Lawsuit Abuse. He believes in empowering citizens with the tools needed to break down barriers and helping to make their American Dream possible. Carlos holds a B.A. in political science from Regis University and an M.A. in Latin American and Iberian Studies from Vanderbilt University.
