GLA Certifications are our signature multi-session programs, designed to bring local communities together as they increase the skills they need to bring change to their community. Our first level, Advocate Certification, teaches you how to be an effective voice for change in your community.

Level Two, Mobilizer Certification, gives you the tools you need to organize other like-minded citizens toward influencing government policies and programs.

Our top level, Leadership Certification, prepares you to plan, organize, and conduct a grassroots campaign and become a true “Agent of Change.”
