We invite the Stand Together community to attend a comprehensive two-day training program focused on instructor-led, participant-centered facilitation. This program is tailored to those who are looking to elevate their professional development courses by creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for their participants.

Our esteemed instructor, Duane Lester, is a Certified Professional in Talent Development by the Association for Talent Development. With over two decades of training experience, including his time in the Navy, Duane is an expert in his field and has helped countless professionals hone their facilitation skills.

Joining Duane is Jhael Hakimian whom has a background in education and leads the grassroots new hire orientation bring her experience of working with diverse learners and coaching people on how to speak publicly. Jhael has worked with hundreds of AFP employees coaching them how to be effective messengers of our vision.

Jason Edson, a seasoned paramedic and Certified Master Facilitator, brings his extensive experience and passion for empowering others to our facilitation training program. Starting 15 years ago training his fellow firefighters and paramedics, his passion for empowering individuals and his belief in their extraordinary capabilities has been his driving force in training. With Jason’s guidance, participants can expect to be equipped with the skills required to bring their work the next level.

Meghan Norton, a skilled facilitator and educator with a background in copywriting and content creation, is dedicated to fostering civil dialogue and community-based solutions. Holding a master’s degree in public communication and technology, she brings a wealth of experience in teaching and deliberation. Meghan’s passion for volunteerism and localism will help participants create engaging and interactive learning experiences in our training program.
