Starting 15 years ago training his fellow firefighters and paramedics, his passion for empowering individuals and his belief in their extraordinary capabilities has been his driving force in training. Meghan Norton, a skilled facilitator and educator with a background in copywriting and content creation, is dedicated to fostering civil dialogue and community-based solutions. Holding a master’s degree in public communication and technology, she brings a wealth of experience in teaching and deliberation. Meghan’s passion for volunteerism and localism will help participants create engaging and interactive learning experiences in our training program.
